Webster Public School PreSchool Registration

If you are a Webster Resident and you are interested in the Webster Public School PreSchool Program please fill out this PreSchool Interest Form - 2026-2027

Webster Public Schools is accepting applications for children who live in the Town of Webster and will be Three years old before September 1, 2026 for the integrated preschool program for the Fall of 2026. For a description of our Program please select the following Link:

If you are interested in having your child attend Preschool please start by printing the Preschool Application and the Screening Questionnaire. Once you fill out the forms, email them to Maira Santerre at msanterre@webster-schools.org.  If you have any questions please call 508-943-3646 x2.

Once we reveive the documents we will contact you to schedule a screening appointment. Every child will get screened prior to entering preschool. After the screening process is complete and your child is placed in the preschool, you will then need to register using the THE PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION PORTAL CLICK HERE .

District Administration & Adult Education Office Relocation
As part of Phase III of the Bartlett Renovation Project, the District Administration Office and Adult Education have been relocated to the Modular Classroom Building in front of Bartlett High School, located at 52 Lake Parkway.
 
This temporary relocation will be in effect from April 20 through December 31.

If you need to visit the office, please park in the designated Bartlett visitor parking area. Families wishing to register their child/children for PK–12 are encouraged to call 508‑943‑0104 x 40023 to schedule an appointment.

The following documentation is needed and will be required to be uploaded in the registration portal:

  • Student's Birth Certificate; Original, not a photocopy. It will be copied and returned.
  • Child's up-to-date immunization records
  • Child's current Physical exam (must be within the last 12 months prior to entering WPS)
  • Proof of Residency
  • Student Emergency/Enrollment Form
  • Transportation Form
  • Records Release
  • Home Language Survey
  • Copy of IEP, 504, Safety Plans or Individual Health Plan, Custodial Documents (If applicable)
  • Military Form (if applicable)
