• Integrated Preschool Open Enrollment

    The Webster Public Schools is accepting applications for children who live in the town of Webster and will be four years of age by August 31, 2023 who would like to attend the Integrated Preschool Program in the Fall of 2023. 

     

    If you are interested in having your child attend, print and fill out an application here and  screening questionnaire here or stop by the District Administration Office at 77 Poland Street, Webster, MA to pick up paper forms.  Once the forms are completed, please drop them off at the Special Education Office at 77 Poland Street OR scan and email them too msanterre@webster-schools.org.     Once your application is received, we will provide you with a screening appointment. Every child must be screened prior to entering preschool. 

     

    When the screening process is completed and your child has secured a place in the preschool program, you will need to register using the new online registration process by clicking here.

  • Child Find

     

    This notice is provided in compliance with State and Federal regulations for conducting Child Find activities in order to identify students who may be in need of an evaluation to determine eligibility for special education services.

     

    Parents/guardians of children ages 3 through 22, who reside in Webster and feel their child is in need of an evaluation for determination of eligibility for special education services, should contact the Office of Student Support Services at Webster Public Schools, 77 Poland Street, Webster, MA 01570.

     

    Information regarding the procedure for requesting an evaluation can be obtained by calling the Office of Student Support Services at (508) 943-3646.

    NOTICE OF DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS

    In compliance with Massachusetts Student Records Regulation, the Webster Public School District will destroy the Special Education records of any Webster student who transferred, graduated, withdrew or terminated from Special Education programs or services prior to June 30, 2014. This is in accordance with the requirement to destroy such records after a period of seven years.

     

    Any parent/guardian or student, ages 14 years or older, can obtain their original record within two weeks of this notice. They may do so by contacting Webster Public School’s  Office of Student Support Services at 508-943-3646 no later than October 1, 2021. 

     

    All unclaimed student records meeting the above criteria will be destroyed after the October 1, 2021 deadline.
