Welcome to Team Recchia!

I have been teaching for over 20 years, with most of those years happily served in Webster.  Having graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1990, I earned double degrees in Elementary Education and Communicative Disorders, and subsequently earned my Master's Degree in Special Education.  

Personally, I am the proud mom of my awesome 18 year-old twins, Brian and Carissa.  In my spare time I love reading, playing board games, doing puzzles, walking my adorable dog, Ellie, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with my family.  My favorite place to be is at the sports fields and basketball courts cheering loudly for my children!
